To be the premier financial education medium for the community of HBCU alumni, helping to ensure enduring financial legacies for their families, including their respective Historically Black Colleges and University alma mater.
HBCU Legacy, LLC was inspired by the need to close the racial wealth gap that originated from discriminatory legislation birthed during the Jim Crow era.
Despite the amendment of many of the ill intended laws and policies, the wealth gap persists and is widening. Ultimately, it will take good and restorative legislation to reverse the socio-economic impact that is a result of the wealth gap.
Until then, we realize that our future depends on us. Therefore, HBCU Legacy, LLC as a new digital insurance agency aka “Robo-Advisor” represents our ongoing commitment to make economic justice a reality for African Americans.
